Since jewelry is a valuable and sometimes custom-made product, returns are not possible without prior consultation with jeweler Mahler.

Return conditions

Returns are only possible after prior personal clarification and apply exclusively to unworn, undamaged items.

The following conditions must be met:

• Jewelry must not have been worn.

• Original condition

• Original packaging included

• No signs of wear or alterations

Procedure for a return

1. Please contact us in advance at info@jueweliermahler.com with your order number and photos of the item.

2. After inspection, you will receive a return confirmation and address from us.

3. Pack the item securely and only return it with tracking.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the goods, a possible refund will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless it is due to an error on our part.
