Return policy of Juwelier Mahler GmbH
Since our jewelry pieces are valuable and sometimes custom-made products, returns are only possible under certain conditions.
Please always contact us in advance before returning any goods.
1. Return period

Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The decisive factor is the delivery date as shown in the shipment tracking.
2. Return conditions
Returns are only possible after prior personal consultation with us and exclusively for unworn, undamaged items. The following conditions must be met:

The jewelry has not been worn and is in its original condition.

Original packaging, cases and all accessories (e.g. certificates) are included.

No signs of wear, damage or alterations to the piece of jewelry
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
3. Non-returnable items
The following items are specifically excluded from returns:

worn or damaged jewelry

Personalized products (e.g. engravings, custom-made items, adapted ring sizes)

Custom-made products according to customer specifications

Item without original packaging or without included accessories
4. Procedure for a return

Please contact us in advance at info@juwelier-mahler.com with your order number and, if possible, photos of the item.

After inspection, you will receive a return confirmation and the exact return address from us.

Pack the item securely and return it exclusively with tracking and sufficient insurance to the address we have provided.

The shipping risk and return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
5. Refunds

After receiving and examining the returned item, we will decide whether the requirements are met.

If a return is approved, we will refund the purchase price using the same payment method used for the order.

Shipping costs already incurred for the initial shipment will not be refunded unless there is an error on our part (e.g., incorrect delivery, clear defect).
